About this online training

An increasing number of organizations start working and organizing with Lean, a method that strives for continuous improvement in a simple, structured way. This online training focuses on the basis of Lean, the Yellow Belt.

The training is set up, following the 5 Lean principles. In the context of this course, the most important principle (Focus on the Customer) means: striving for an optimal learning experience with maximum results.

Modern learning principles are used, aimed at behavioral change, consistent with everyday practice. The training makes you think about what you are doing now and how you can improve yourself and your organization, by applying the Lean principles.
