Over Jaap Boonstra

Jaap Boonstra is hoogleraar ‘Organisatiedynamiek en Leiderschap’ aan Esade Business School in Barcelona (Spanje), hoogleraar Organisatieverandering aan de Rotterdam School of Management van de Erasmus Universiteit, en kerndocent bij de Nederlandse School voor Openbaar Bestuur (NSOB). Jaap is tevens hoogleraar ‘Internationaal leiderschap’ en voorzitter van de interfacultaire groep Internationaal Leidershap bij CEMS, The Global Alliance in Management Education. Eerder was hij als hoogleraar verbonden aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam en Rector van Sioo, Interuniversitair Centrum voor Organisatie- en Veranderkunde.    Als onafhankelijk adviseur ondersteunt Jaap maatschappelijke organisaties en wereldwijde allianties in hun ontwikkeling. Hij schreef verschillende boeken over organisatieverandering, organisatiecultuur en leiderschap, waaronder Allianties voor een Duurzame Toekomst (Boom, 2023) Veranderen als Samenspel (Boom, 2018), Perspectieven op Veranderen (Boom, 2017), Perspectieven op Leiderschap (Boom, 2017), Veranderen van Maatschappelijke organisaties (Business Contact, 2017) en Leiders in Cultuurverandering (Van Gorcum, 2014) en Verandermanagement in 28 lessen (Business Contact, 2013).
